印尼地震

“ 印尼日惹省政府宣布，6.3級地震的死亡人數已達至少5115人。
單在日惹省，就有3,463人死亡；在中爪哇省，就至少1,672人死亡。傷者2萬人，20萬人無家可歸。又發生超過500次餘震。
估計約有35,000棟民宅及建築被震毀，5萬人需要救助。地震還摧毀了價值2,000億盧比的發電設施。
印尼政府宣布全國進入緊急狀態3個月，目標是在一年內完成重建工作。
整修房屋所需經費約在1兆(萬億)印尼盧比(一億美元)，數字還會改變，將由國家預算及國際援助支付。”

Conor Harrington

Conor Harrington was born in Cork, Ireland in 1980 and started to experiment with graffiti when he was 14 before going on to graduate with a degree in fine art aged 22. He moved to London a year ago and his work has been rapturously received. One of the foremost emerging artists of his generation, he says: "I paint the male figure, referring to the masculinity of urban culture. I am interested in the dynamics between opposing elements. Aerosol and oils, abstraction and figuration, concrete and canvas, chaos and control."

向來討厭蘭桂芳。到處都是不知所謂的人們。曾經在那兒貼poster和派flyer，你一派就"比人撩“, 你用心向他們解釋派對內容，音樂種類，DJ陣容都是廢話。最後得到的是“what's your name?", " where do you live? I live in mid-level;"I need your number for further information." 和之後無聊的SMS。不喜歡那兒的派對，我不需要音樂選擇仍停留在十年前,只播Top 10連beat matching 都做不到的DJ. 更不需要在這些“音樂”中“目及”女的男和自摸扮MTV女主角的女。他們不要音樂，音樂只是他們的背景，他們只要情與欲。Club的老闆們在製造一個能刺激情欲的環境讓他們消費。

《 法。電。港。》在Volar。音樂對辦（雖不盡是我杯茶）但蘭桂芳人如常的不對辦。book檯開酒點雪卡。眉來眼去到處移動。
有點興幸自己的派對，我們沒有300人爆場，但起碼來的都在聽音樂，知道ＤＪ在打什麼。而不是在覓食和拍照。

遺憾的是看不清Severine在場的攝影展。到底用心的人仍要值得尊重。

Pi.R2與VOLAR十分榮幸能邀請法國及歐洲最潮最活 躍的電子音樂樂手來港作精釆的live set現場演出。
所選的DJ和樂手已有十年以上的巡迥演出經驗，曾 與Charles Shilling、Alex Gopher Improvisator Dub 等著名樂家同台表演，並在各夜蒲熱點如The Rex、巴黎的Batofar、西班牙的La Pagoa及大型法國電子音樂節“Nordik Impact”中駐場演出。
VOLAR位於夜生活天堂的蘭桂坊中心，佔地起過 5,000平方呎，是香港最熱門的夜蒲點之一。
Serine Arrouy的攝影展品 「從巴黎到香港」，將會同時在此派對中展出。

法國五月其中一個劇目。劇中一位法藉女主角是我Director的妹妹。戲服亦由公司所造。在公在私都要捧場。

一個令你窺見中、法文化，音樂、舞蹈、戲劇集於一身的悲劇作品。

一九三O年，廣東
一位法國淑女、一位中國女傭、一位傳統母親，三個被命 運背棄的女人再加一個男人，一段充滿妒忌與欺騙的四角關係，交織成一首扣人心弦的悲劇戀曲。

耗用兩年時間籌備製作，Mon Cafe-Theatre現誠意為大家獻上集各國精英演員、舞蹈員，以及傳統live music於一身的話劇《伊莎葆》。這套以法文、英文、粵語、普通 話演出（附字幕）的大型話劇將於香港獨家公演，其後再作世界巡迴演出，讓本地觀眾率先感受三十年代中國南部 的迷人風情，同時細味三個女人的動人故事。

DJ Yomi returns to Hong Kong after a blinding night at Yumla last month where he played some original old skool Drum N Bass tracks. He got the crowd moving with selections from the Tone Def catalog, his influential record label, as well as other iconic DNB tunes that are all long out of print. He'll be supported by the entire Magnetic Soul crew who will be going back to back, showing that local DJs represent the Hong Kong Drum N Bass sound.

Upstairs in the Lounge Level, Yomi will be suprising us with a house set. Yeah, you heard us right, house set. JP Lui will also be on the decks showing his versatile side with broken beat, house, hip hop, or anything else he pulls out of his repertoire.

my collection : The pixized Leonardo De Vinci

I got my inspiration from my memory. The collection was inspired by the very low-fi video game called "PAC-MAN" when I was a Child.

It was really a very lovely memory for me....and the game got a very strong, attractive visual effect...the whole thing is fun and acid. And I started to think : It will be funny when it comes into fashion. So i develop the idea to a collection.

I did a collection before, It's all about PAC-MAN. I cut the fabric into pieces and patch them up into the picture and clothes again. The collection of Leonardo De Vinci's drawing is the continue of that collection.

It's not just a funny visual for me. I love the conflicts between classical drawing and modern digital visual effect, country patchwork and urban pixels, warm and cold, distory and reform...... all these push me to develop this story and project.
