原名Fitzroy Heslop的Fabio是來自英倫的殿堂級音樂製作人兼DJ. Fabio 是在 80年代及90年代初的最早期的音樂先峰之一,早已被尊稱為drum and bass界教父.
Fabio 於 1987 年開始於當時的地下電台中開始其DJ生涯 , 於其節目"Phase 1"中播放Soul, Jazz 及 Rare Groove樂風的歌曲 . 其後迷上Acid House, 並拍夥Grooverider組成drum and bass之夢幻組合, 開始組織一連串的大規模經典派對如Sunrise, Energy and Biology, 成為我們現今的club night 文化, 在英國音樂文化史上有著創新, 革命性的意義.
在音樂上, Fabio 經歷了不同年代的音樂洗禮, 其樂風亦集各家之大成. Soul, Jazz, Reggae, Funk, Acid house, drum and bass 等都會在他的音樂中看到. Fabio 著名於其帶爵士色彩的Drum and Bass, 其獨特的樂風被樂迷稱之為Liquid funk, 可謂Liquid funk宗師. Liquid Funk 源自disco和house, 以及廣泛使用和聲樂演唱的特點。Liquid Funk初為較難理解, 但於2003-2004時被樂迷大力追捧 , 於2005年更成為最大熱的Drum N Bass風格.
Fabio 於 1994 年到 1996 與Drum and Bass 大師 LTJ Bukem 合作一個名為 Speed 的club night. 音樂上 , Speed 是證明 "anything is possible" 的 club night, 在drum and bass 界構成極具代表性及前瞻性的象徵.
當然 ,Fabio 最為全世界樂迷知曉的身份是世界知名的BBC's Radio 1 的 DJ. 他與Grooverider 的"One In The Jungle" show 是全球最高收聽率的 drum and bass 電台節目. 於英國美國加拿大, 衛星收音機第 11 頻道以及國際網路中廣泛地放送. 可見其地位及影響力之巨.
除了 BBC's Radio 1, Fabio 更是著名廠牌Creative Source record label 之創立人 . Creative Source record label 支援革新的地下音樂 , 發掘及提拔新音樂人, 是英國最被人推崇及支持的 drum and bass 廠牌 . Fabio 是drum and bass 界中點石成金的人物!
而其姐妹公司 Groove Connection DJ agency 旗下artists 有 Grooverider, Fabio, Jumping Jack Frost, Bailey, Addiction, and Storm, 英倫最長壽之 drum and bass club night "Swerve" 亦是 Groove Connection 之傑作.

現年 26歲的 MC Joker D 來自英倫 , 是 drum and bass界中的一顆新星 . 他先於 Addiction & Origin FM及 Kool FM 94.6 等電台節目中作說唱演出, 其後更進軍 BBC 1Xtra, PyrotechnicRadio.com, UKRumble.com, lifefm.co.uk 和drumandbassworldwide.co.uk 等不同知名drum and bass 媒體作客演出 . 1998 年, Joker D 首登倫敦的 Addicted to Dance Pleasure Rooms, 當時的他已參與大量的國際演出, 其中包括英國，德國，義大利，波蘭和奧地利的Dreamscape, Bassbin, Fever, Innovation, Hysteria, Telepathy 及 Trouble On Vinyl.
其中最為樂迷所津津樂道的必定是 1Xtra stage at Global Gathering 2005/2006 中與Flight & Rodney P 的 3 小時演出和於倫敦Brixton Academy 的 the Clash of the Titans NYE 2003/4. 除了於世界演出中繼續發揮他的emcee 才能以外, Joker D 更銳意成為一位音樂製作人.
Drum and Bass 教父 Fabio 與MC Joker 終於應 Magnetic Soul 之邀請, 首次來港演出 ! 想欣賞最正宗的Liquid Funk, 體會 drum and bass 殿堂級人馬的音樂境界,絕對不能錯過 7月 6日於灣仔 HEAT的派對 !
