“啊啊啊啊啊”

男友跟我在看一個Video。他告訴我他的朋友唱歌從不唱歌詞，只會 “啊啊啊啊啊” 的唱著。

有趣。這讓我想起 《身分》中男主角提到他病危的爺爺，嘴裡總是發出 “啊啊啊” 的一個單音。
那不是呻吟，更不是說話。他不痛苦，他不需要交流，他沒有話要說，更沒有具體信息。他不想跟人說話，甚至對任何人都不感興趣。

面對死亡，他無計可施 ﹣ 只有等。
於是他發現了這個單音。他獨自與這個單音作樂，作為對抗生命的無奈與無聊。沒有這個單音，他就會被時間輾碎,就此死去。

也許你和我都需要這“啊啊啊啊啊”。

Recent movie : 千里走單騎 - 感受心靈悸動的一刻

父子的隔閡令兒子生命走到盡頭時都不能原諒。愛與罪促使高田到中國雲南完成兒子的心願﹣代他拍下李加民唱的儺戲。
踏著健一走過的路，面對著陌生的村民，孤獨，寂寞，無法溝通。一次又一次的lost in translation。身處其中卻被完全的排除在外。退不下面具，緊閉著心。高田開始了解健一的內心世界......直到完全無助，旗後的高田就如面具下的李加民哭了。
李加民的痛哭是幸福的。看到另一位受傷的父親，高田走上了往石頭村的路：見不了兒子的苦受過了，讓他們相見吧。那怕是一刻都好。
堅持與真誠令高田得到純樸善良的中國村民千般關懷和幫助，一聲聲日本的朋友在雲南此起彼落，到處都是濃濃的人情味。直到找到楊楊，山上迷途的一夜，高田把健一投射到楊楊身上。楊楊不願意見他的父親，就如健一拒絕見自己一般。愛與罪重得沒有話說。楊楊還是留下了。

李加民把楊楊的照片看完，戲還是要演。雖然健一說不想看了，看不了了。戲還是要演。

樂聲奏起，燈在轉。台上的李加民亮聲唱著千里走單騎，台下的高田又何嘗不是？

戲唱完了。健一走了。高田趕不及跟兒子直接對話，李加民亦還是親不到兒子的一根頭髮。
一次不算數。一次就是從來沒有。如果可以再來一次，故事仍會是這樣嗎？

Maybe, you caught DJ SUV at the first Rock-it festival, or spent a sweaty night down at Amnesia when he played. This month, he returns to Quarter If you haven't seen him, this is your chance!

DJ SUV is one of the iconic and most diverse figures in Drum N Bass. He joined forces with Krust, DJ Die, and Roni Size on the Bristol based Full Cycle record label in 1993. The four of them also make up Reprazent, which released the award winning New Forms LP in 1997. Reprazent has continued to push the boundaries of Drum N Bass by performing live organic Drum N Bass, in which SUV plays percussion.

Suv has produced over 130 tracks and remixes on such labels as Brian G’s V Recordings, Movement, and Gilles Peterson’s Talkin’ Loud. He has also collaborated with the likes of Brazil's DJ Patife, and New Zealand's MC Tali. Expect top notch quality from this talented DJ, producer, and musician.

We don't usually send out info about the ever popular Yumla Drum N Bass nights, but this month there is something special going on down there that we had a hand in. One of the forefathers of Drum N Bass will be stopping through Hong Kong. He is a producer, DJ, and co-founder of one of the first and influential DNB labels called Tone Def Records. New Black and Yumla have graciously agreed to host him, alongside their guest DJ/Producer, Headspace from New Zeland.
